Dr. Rubina Hakeem is a globally respected Home Economist and Nutritionist, with decades of leadership in academia, research, and public health. With a PhD from King’s College London and extensive teaching experience across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and beyond, she is the driving force behind LiveGreen Academy. Her work includes curriculum development, student mentorship, international research collaboration, and the development of tools for sustainable dietary practices.

From NutriRoti development to her involvement in the Global Dietary Database and nutrition policy frameworks, she consistently champions quality, ethics, and innovation.
